Night Lights Denver March 2023
What is the thrill of seeing a photograph large? Larger than life? Displayed on a public or historic building?
Recently, I had the experience of viewing my image projected onto the Daniels and Fisher Clock Tower in downtown Denver as part of the Night Lights Denver show curated by Samantha Johnson of Colorado Photographic Arts Center. The projection showed art by 60 artists and could be viewed nightly for the month of March.
Being part of this projected exhibit was even more exciting that I imagined. The building became alive, and the artworks became a part of it, creating their own unique image much like a double exposure would. It was absolutely a thrill!
